A Beautiful mind or spirit radiates true beauty to embody beauty
A compassionate heart overflow with beauty for all to see someone who roars With genuine heartfelt laughter radiates jousting beauty
some one who leads with kindness and confidence is comfortable beautiful
some one who can accept themselves and appreciate the journey their body is talking them on is beautiful
A person who is not afraid to share is beauty
A person who has integrity and respectful in all forms is unbleached beautiful
Beauty comes from the heart and soul it is endless
Self awareness and acceptance of our imperfections is where we find our true beauty
Everything that is beautiful is cracked that is how the light gets in so maintain our beauty for ever
Here with I am writing few lines about how to relax our mind details as under
A) =Do deep breathing exercise it works wonders on relaxing your mind in time of stress to help soothe your anxiety. …….
B)= practice meditation or try rejoicing meditation prayer – by this process clearing our mind by focusing on a specific thought , place, words, colour and object.To meditation sit in comfortable position in ten minutes completely clear our mind .
C)=Try visualisation – in which you imagine a peaceful location, science and picture in mind get relaxing soon.
D)= Do progressive exercise – will get sooner relax of our mind.
E) =Practice yoga – which help to relax muscle and mind both.
F)=Drin lots of water – which helps mind and body to aid in relaxation so drink plenty of water during stress.
G)=Eat rich food to relaxation – simultaneously raising hormones which are responsible for creating a sense of happiness and peace.
H)=Trying a little exercise in quite place -Reptitive exercise help for relaxation endorphins which turns in feeling of happiness.
I)=Do Favourite activities – participate in your favourite activities which help to clear mind of anxiety and will likely release more endorphins that cause happiness.
J)=Attache with melodious music It produce higher levels of alpha waves in brain which help to relax mind.
K)=Spend time with nature and animals – which help to lower blood pressure and significantly less stress.
L)=Use aromatherapy mists and home fragrance can be used in bedroom for personal relaxation.
M)=Stay away from crowd – stop phone, social media and watching TV so help reduce anxiety.
N)=Avoided known stresses Try to spend tome away from it ti prevent additional anxiety.
